The first passengers aboard the quarantined Grand Princess cruise ship disembarked the liner on Monday afternoon, with one man seen being placed into a stretcher. The cruise ship carrying 3,500 passengers and crew landed at the Port of Oakland on Monday after five days of being held in limbo off the California coast. There are at least 21 people infected with coronavirus aboard the ship, that made its way under the Golden Gate bridge Monday morning before docking in Oakland shortly after noon local time. The 2,421 passengers cheered as the Grand Princess docked at the port where medical experts and officials in Hazmat suits awaited them.
At least three people were killed following a ‘domestic incident’ at an apartment complex in Tampa Monday. Cops say a person attempting to check on the victims made the discovery at the Morgan Creek Apartments–located at 17200 Madison Green Drive, Breaking 911 reported. The incident was described in a press release as a “possible domestic situation” and the crime is not believed to be random. The gunshot victims are two men and one woman. No further details were available.

Fears over the rapidly growing number of #coronavirus cases in the US has led to questions over whether America will be forced to go into lockdown like parts of Italy and China, the countries which have been so far the worst-hit by the epidemic. There are currently 765 cases of the virus in the US and 26 people have died from it. In Italy, the numbers are far more alarming. As of Tuesday morning, 463 have died and there are 9,172 of it. Italy confirmed its first case of the virus 11 days before the US did. On Monday night, computer scientist Mark Handley, Professor of Networked Systems and part-time Roboticist at UCL in London, tweeted a graph showing how growth figures in other infected countries compare to Italy's. 'Everyone else will be Italy in 9-14 days time,' Handley tweeted along with the data.
The Dalton Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a man who had contact with 17 year old Taylor Bailey on the night she ran away from her group home on February 25th. Police say that around 10:00 PM on the night Taylor ran away, she was seen interacting with an unknown male at the Calhoun Food & Tobacco convenience store at 901 Wall Street in Calhoun, Georgia. This man was white or possibly Hispanic and he was driving a newer model white Jeep Patriot SUV. Dalton investigators want to identify this man and talk to him about his interaction with Taylor Bailey at the store because he is the last person they have confirmed to have contact with her that night. Anyone who can identify this person or who has information on the whereabouts of Taylor Bailey is asked to call police.

Images and videos keep emerging from the aftermath of the deadly tornado outbreak across Middle Tennessee. Mt. Juliet police released body camera video from officers who were first on the scene after the EF-3 tornado hit Wilson County. The department said officers raced door-to-door, checking on residents and helping to rescue those who were trapped.Police Chief Hambrick jumped into action and assisted in many rescues in his own neighborhood after it was hit by the tornado. He along with Officer Eric Stogner, Officer Megan Smith and members of FDMJ were able to pull a woman from the debris.

Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Bureau are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect who killed 48-year-old Erik Perez. On Monday, January 6th, 2020, around 7:30 p.m., Rampart Area uniformed patrol officers responded to a radio call of a victim down on the 900 block of South Alvarado Street.
