Milan, Italy, revolt in the prison of San Vittore.
Trading STOPS for 15 minutes as Dow craters 2,000 points amid coronavirus 'pandemonium' and Saudi-Russia oil price war - but STILL President Donald Trump blames fake news and Democrats for 'inflaming' crisis. Trading on the New York Stock Exchange was halted for 15 minutes on Monday because stocks tumbled so drastically in the first few moments of trading. The Dow opened on a loss of more than 1700 points on Monday, a decrease of more than seven percent since Friday's close, after a chaotic weekend which saw oil prices tumble and which all but decimated the futures market. Circuit breakers - which are rarely triggered but exist to stop prices tumbling further when a downward spiral shows no sign of slowing - went into effect on Sunday night to stop some futures trading at astronomically low prices. They were triggered again on Monday morning after a dramatic start to the day's trading to stop the markets going into free-fall. At 9.50am, the Dow re-opened but it had slipped, losing 2,000 points in total.

The Beech Bonanza aircraft, which is a six-seater, single-engine model plane, crashed around 10 a.m. just short of the runway at the Destin Executive Airport, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office. While coming in for a landing, the small plane experienced engine trouble and just missed a house before careening into a tree near Main Street. The two men, along with their Labrador retriever, “somehow survived without a scratch,” the sheriff’s office said in a Facebook post. They were the only people aboard the aircraft. Jason Dougherty, 47, and his son Caleb Dougherty, 22, both from Kansas, were flying to Florida for vacation. The National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the accident. #fuck_lucky

A 13-year-old Maryland boy was killed in a shooting outside a shopping mall where five others, including four juveniles, were wounded as they walked through the parking lot on Sunday, investigators said. The gunfire broke out shortly after midnight in Rosedale, a community on the outskirts of the city of Baltimore, Baltimore County police said. "This level of violence is unacceptable. We had children that were shot last night," Police Chief Melissa Hyatt said at a news conference. “And an adolescent lost his life for some senseless and unknown reason.” The victims left an event at the Triple Threat Elite Dance studio and were approached by several suspects. An altercation ensued and multiple shots were fired.
Hyatt said the 13-year-old boy, identified as Rickie Forehand, was pronounced dead at the scene. The five injured victims included two 12-year-old boys, a girl and a boy, both age 14, and a 19-year-old man. The suspects had left the scene by the time officers arrived, police said in a news release.

Women fight in an Australian supermarket ... 😝
Australian state police charged two Sydney women involved in a violent brawl over toilet rolls as major grocers in the country restrict supplies to one pack per person amid panic buying by residents, Reuters reported. New South Wales police said two women, aged 23 and 60, were issued court attendance notices for affray “following an altercation at a supermarket”. They are due to appear at a local court on April 28. A video of the incident that went viral on social media showed the women yelling and fighting over a shopping trolley that was brimming with toilet paper, forcing floor staff to intervene. One woman yelled, “I just want one packet.” Another, who was in possession of the toilet paper-filled trolley retorted, “no, not one packet,” before floor staff intervened. The woman, who was allegedly assaulted, was uninjured and no arrests were made.
