BREAKING: Gov. Gavin Newsom signed legislation aimed at tightening California's election security rules ahead of the June 2 statewide primary.
Senate Bill 73 takes effect immediately. It limits law enforcement's access to ballots, voter lists, rosters, or certified voting technology without a court order, except in cases of urgent public health or safety.
The bill comes after Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, also a Republican candidate for governor, seized more than 650,000 ballots from last fall's Proposition 50 Special Election before the investigation was later halted amid legal challenges.

BREAKING: COMMUNIST MAYOR ATTACKS HISPANIC SHERIFF, APPOINTS EX-COP WHO HATES NYPD!!!
New York City is quickly becoming Bizarro World, as those of us in law enforcement who are sitting on the sidelines and other departments, can't seem to understand what or why is happening! The communist mayor of the city decided to began making slanderous attacks on Sheriff Anthony Miranda, and then fired him!
In New York City, the sheriff is appointed by the mayor, rather than being elected like every other county in that state, and indeed, most of the country. Sheriff Miranda had served the city as Sheriff since 2022. Sheriff Miranda is a decorated hispanic law enforcement officer, who has run the department as efficiently as possible in the confused law enforcement framework in America's largest city.
The Sheriff in New York City is part of the Department of Finance, and handles investigations into tax enforcement, cigarettes, canabis, property crimes and more. They also handle auctions, seized property, etc. All deputies are peace officers and fully-commissioned law enforcement personnel. Their uniforms and vehicles are similar to NYPD .
The departure of a dedicated commander would be shocking to the department, but at this point in our story, things get even stranger! The leftist mayor of the City, Mamdani, decided to appoint a former NYPD officer who has a long history of suing his department and betraying fellow officers.
The former NYPD officer is a man named Edwin Raymond. Raymond started betraying fellow officers when he loudly supported a lowlife NFL player who called for policemen to be killed. Raymond tried to downplay that, and just began attacking the criminal justice system, generally. Then, during the riots a few years ago, this failed politician (he ran for city office, and lost) came out against the police and supported rioters.
PF was able to speak with two police officers, both NYPD officers, who were horrified by this announcement: horrified, but not surprised. Since Mamdani has loudly proclaimed he wants NYPD "disbanded," no one is astonished that he is using every tool to undermine law enforcement. But dismissing the sheriff wasn't expected, and now an entire department is uncertain.
PF has not had a chance to interview an NYC Sheriff's Deputy, but our NYPD sources suggest that a few of their officers are ready to quick when Raymond starts. If he was emboldened to stand against cops when he was a mere Lieutenant, how bad will it when he is carrying stars on his collar?
PF prays for our brothers and sisters in NYC, and hopes they get out now. Florida is hiring!

In Memory of Deputy Jack D. Williams
EOW: May 29, 1979
On the evening of May 29, 1979, Deputy Jack Williams and other members of the narcotics task force in which he worked, served a search warrant at a house on Abbey Street in La Puente. As the narcotics officers announced themselves, they heard noises inside suggesting evidence was being destroyed. When they forced entry, one of two suspects inside opened fire with a shotgun. Deputy Williams was struck and thrown backwards. In the ensuing gun battle his assailant was wounded and he and a second suspect were taken into custody.
Deputy Williams was rushed to nearby Queen of the Valley Hospital where he died a short time later. His killer survived his wounds. In May 1981, after being convicted of Deputy Williams murder, he received a death sentence.
Deputy Williams, 35, a nine-year veteran of the LASD, was survived by his wife, Dianna, and his daughters, Lori, 13, and Kari, 11.

RAW SEWAGE! This βriverβ is supposed to be dry this time of year. Instead, millions of gallons of raw sewage and industrial hazardous waste from Tijuana is flowing through San Diego County, the City of San Diego, and Imperial Beach into the ocean every single day. Imperial Beach has been closed to the public for 4 1/2 years because of toxic chemicals, trash, and sewer creating a health hazard. Absent is a failed Governor Newsom, legislature, and a fraudulent group of environmental activists. On day one this I will be declared a state of emergency and the problem will be solved. Californians lives and heath matter.
