RAW SEWAGE! This “river” is supposed to be dry this time of year. Instead, millions of gallons of raw sewage and industrial hazardous waste from Tijuana is flowing through San Diego County, the City of San Diego, and Imperial Beach into the ocean every single day. Imperial Beach has been closed to the public for 4 1/2 years because of toxic chemicals, trash, and sewer creating a health hazard. Absent is a failed Governor Newsom, legislature, and a fraudulent group of environmental activists. On day one this I will be declared a state of emergency and the problem will be solved. Californians lives and heath matter.
