NEW: A Massachusetts State Police trooper was injured when his cruiser was hit by a vehicle on Interstate 93 in Quincy on Thursday night, officials said.

The trooper, who'd been assigned to a highway detail, had minor injuries, state police said. They didn't share what led to the crash or if anyone was facing charges.
The incident was reported about 10:35 p.m. on I-93 north, where two lanes were closed for work on the road. Afterward, the trooper was taken to Boston Medical Center, police said.

JUST IN: A car has crashed into the Detroit Metro Airport Terminal on Friday morning, MDN reports.

The incident happened at the Warren Evans terminal. A person was detained. Details are limited right now, and we are working to gather more information.

This is the second time a car has crashed into a terminal at DTW in recent months.

🚨 Another 764 subject arrested

FBI and our partners arrested subject Zachary Sweeney out of Tennessee, who allegedly coerced multiple minors from 2022-2025 into producing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - in some cases selling the material, traveling to abuse and drug minors, or even live streaming sexual assaults online. One of the victims later tragically died of an overdose.

Nihilistic Violent Extremeism and 764 online violence against kids continues to be one of the most important issues this FBI confronts every day… we arrested nearly 500% more subjects on this issue last year with partners and shut down nearly 4 million pedophile accounts on the dark web.

AMO Black Hawk disabling fire ends vessel pursuit🚨

On May 13, AMO aircrews detected a suspicious 25-foot Yola-type vessel northwest of Puerto Rico, carrying three individuals and visible packages. Our teams maintained continuous aerial surveillance, tracking the vessel through the night.

The next evening, the San Juan Marine Unit launched a coordinated interdiction operation. Two Coastal Interceptor Vessels and multiple aircraft moved in, guided by constant vectors from our aircrews.

At 9:51 p.m., the targeted vessel was intercepted north of San Juan. The suspects tried to evade capture and began dumping contraband into the water. In a decisive moment, the AMO Black Hawk crew deployed Air Disabling Fire, stopping the vessel cold.

Three Dominican Republic nationals were taken into custody, and five bales containing 391 lbs. of cocaine were seized and transferred to the Homeland Security Task Force. This operation highlights our relentless commitment to securing America’s borders and keeping dangerous drugs off our streets.
