It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Retired K9 Ripley.

Born in the Netherlands in 2013, Ripley proudly served the Tampa Police Department from 2014 - 2021, alongside his handler Sgt. Croteau. Their bond went far beyond the call of duty, it was a partnership built through trust, loyalty, and a commitment to serve and protect.

Throughout his career, Ripley was instrumental in more than 200 felony arrests and earned multiple commendations alongside Sgt. Croteau for their outstanding service. In 2017, he was recognized for his courageous role in locating and apprehending a suspect who had fired shots at a Tampa Police officer, an act that exemplified his bravery, discipline, and commitment to protecting others.

After retirement, Ripley faced health challenges with the same strength and resilience he showed throughout his service. He was a loyal partner, fierce protector, and beloved family member.

Rest easy, Ripley. Your service and legacy will never be forgotten.

Hollywood virtue signalling is probably the most insufferable type of progressive activism.

As a group, these are objectively some of the worst people around.

BREAKING: Oregon US District Court Judge Michael Simon has issued a temporary protection order prohibiting federal officers from using tear gas, pepper balls, and other crowd control munitions at the Portland ICE facility, Katie Daviscourt reports.

"On February 3rd, 2026, at approximately 7:40 p.m., a Millbury Police Officer, who is also a member of the CEMLEC SWAT team sustained multiple gunshots wounds during a response to a barricaded suspect in Spencer.

The officer was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.  This is the only information available at this time.  The Millbury Police Department will provide updates when available. Earlier today, I shared the results of the twelfth annual Operation Reclaim & Rebuild, led by the Los Angeles Regional Human Trafficking Task Force in partnership with more than 80 federal, state, and local agencies.

The week-long operation resulted in 14 juvenile rescues, 156 adult rescues, 93 felony arrests, and 518 misdemeanor arrests.
