Stephen Miller says the unfolding federal probe into Somali welfare fraud in Minnesota may expose the largest taxpayer theft in U.S. history:
"Based on what we have found so far, we believe that this Somali fraud operation in Minnesota is the single greatest theft of taxpayer dollars through welfare fraud in American history. We believe we have only scratched the very top of the surface of how deep this goes. We believe the state government is fully complicit in this scheme, and we believe what we are going to uncover is going to shock the American people."

At 2 a.m., a 13-year-old boy in South Carolina picked up the phone and dialed 911. But it wasnβt for a fire, a robbery, or an emergency like youβd expect. He told the dispatcher, βIβm tired of sleeping on the floor.β...
Let that sink in. In one of the richest countries on earth, a childβs βemergencyβ was not having a bed.
When Officer Gaetano Acerra responded, he thought it was a prank, or maybe just something minor.
But what he walked into crushed him.
Bare walls. No furniture. No decorations.
Just a deflated air mattress in the corner and a boy sitting there, exhausted, slumped over like life had already beaten him down at 13 years old.
The boyβs grandmother, who Loved him, simply couldnβt afford more than the basics: food and rent.
Survival, not comfort.
And yet this child still had the courage to call 911, not for money, not for toys, but just for a chance to feel like he mattered.
Many officers may have filed a report and moved on.
But Acerra couldnβt shake the image of that room out of his mind.
Three days later, he came back, not with paperwork, but with a truck full of furniture.
A bed with fresh sheets.
A desk and chair for homework.
Lamps, decorations and even a Nintendo Wii.
The boyβs face when he saw his new room?
Pure joy. His four bare walls turned into a sanctuary.
For the first time, perhaps ever, he felt like he mattered.
And hereβs the part that should make every single one of us think: it didnβt take a millionaire, a celebrity or the government to fix this.
It took one cop who cared enough to do something.
Officer Acerra said it best: βSometimes you just know whatβs right.βπ
