“STRANDED ANIMALS:

If your pets are lost in the flood waters please message us. Pule Kahu Outreach & Rescue, Hawaii Pointer Rescue, and The Rescue Network are coordinating to get as many out as we can. We need location information and photos.

Today we were able to rescue 8 in Waialua, reuniting 1 with family, the other 7 have no microchips and are with us in Aiea. There are at least 3 dogs and 1 cat still out there that we know of.

Even if you are not in Waialua, we still want to help and can potentially send people out to other NS communities. We have paddlers going out and bringing dogs back and are working to locate owners or temporary fosters for those we do secure. We will make room at our house for all that we can until families or solutions are found.

Additionally if you have kayaks or paddle boards to lend to our efforts that would be greatly appreciated and any one able to use aircraft or other means to spot animals in jeopardy let us know immediately!

BREAKING: Plymouth police said Officer Samantha Pelrine was placed on leave after the Plymouth Police Department was notified by the Massachusetts State Police of an active criminal investigation.

The Plymouth County DA said "it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time" in regard to the nature of the investigation.

On the other hand, NO thank you to the Senators, especially Democrat Senators, who have decided to stop funding to the DHS employees.  They are playing political games, and the only people being hurt are the hard-working DHS employees and the American people.
