(WARNING 21+) Seattle Police Force Investigation Team detectives and the King County Sheriff’s Office are conducting separate investigations into a fatal officer-involved shooting that occurred in the 600 block of 3rd Avenue West just after 7 p.m. Wednesday evening. West Precinct patrol officers responded to a 911 call from a woman reporting her boyfriend had armed himself with a knife and was trying to assault her. The victim told 911 operators she was hiding in the bathroom and the suspect was still in the apartment. Officers arrived and confronted the suspect. Two officers fired their service weapons, fatally wounding the suspect. (cam 1& cam 2) 🔫👮🏻♂️ #shootong

(WARNING 21+) Bodycam Shows Cop Shoot Teen Armed With Knife in Oxnard, California. During the morning hours of Friday, May 3, 2019, the Oxnard Police Department’s dispatch center received multiple calls from a female reporting a woman with a knife in the area of 1835 San Gorgonio, and then behind the Carl’s Jr. on the 400 block of North Rose Avenue. The female was described as being 18 years in age, wearing a red shirt and blue shorts. During the first call to the dispatch center, it was reported that she “seems disturbed” and that she was walking around and waving a knife. The caller also indicated that the female was possibly armed with a gun. 🔫👮🏻♂️ #shooting

One of the two gunmen accused of opening fire on classmates at a Denver high school in a deadly attack allegedly joked about shootings and would bully younger students. Devon Erickson, 18, and 16-year-old Maya McKinney, who goes by the name Alec, were arrested over the shooting at STEM School Highlands Ranch on Tuesday that left one dead and eight injured. In an interview with NBC's Today on Friday, students say they are angry about red flags they claim were missed in relation to Erickson. Other students claim they heard the two shooters singing as they opened fire.
Teenage boy, 14, is mauled to death by pack of dogs he was taking care of while their trainer-owner was out of town. The teenager killed Thursday night at a property in Dighton, Massachusetts, was identified as Ryan Hazel, of the neighboring town of Rehoboth. The owner of the property, who was not home at the time, is cooperating with investigators but no foul play is suspected, Bristol District Attorney Thomas Quinn III said. He has been identified as 49-year-old Scott Dunmore (left, right is his dogs and inset is his home).
