Former deputy public defender Alisa Blair, now a deputy district attorney hired by DA George Gascon, refused to request a juvenile transfer hearing and the defendant who was previously sentenced to 50 years for murder and robbery is set to be released.

Judge Brian C. Yep indicated Deputy District Attorney Alisa Blair’s decision not to present any evidence was intentional. The victim’s family is devastated and feels abandoned by the justice system.

This monster lured two Vietnam veterans to a rural area where he shot them multiple times, stole their wallets, doused them with gasoline and lit them on fire.
