Noisy fireworks can startle your pets and cause them to run away. Be mindful and think about your pets. Take all the necessary precautions to keep them safe during the #IndependenceDay festivities.

However, what many don’t realize is that as we celebrate the #4thofjuly, the sounds, the smoke and the smell of the fireworks can deeply impact our U.S. combat veterans and bring back traumatic memories.

If you have a neighbor or family member who is a combat veteran, be considerate with the fireworks and lookout for them. 🇺🇸

We live in dangerous times. #IndependenceDay is an opportunity to reflect on the ideals of freedom enshrined in our Constitution that are the bedrock of our republic. Our freedoms are under attack - we must stand together, no matter our politics, race or religion & defend them.
