Emergency Operations Bureau assisted the Okamoto family with Deputy Daniel Okamotos funeral today. Deputy Daniel Okamoto was a dedicated member of our Sheriff’s Response Teams (SRT) and was always assigned to our Sound Truck. His absence will forever be felt by our teams and we send our most heartfelt condolences to the Okamoto family, Lomita Sheriffs Station, Carson Station, the city of Lomita council members, and the entire community who had the honor of knowing him.
