ICYMI: Atlas Air 747-8F to San Juan safely returns to Miami following an engine issue on departure. The aircraft landed 14 minutes after declaring the emergency.

The FAA has reported that a post-flight inspection revealed a softball-sized hole above the number 2 engine of the Atlas Air Boeing 747-8 cargo flight, which experienced an engine fire over Miami late Thursday, per Raw Alerts.
