This month’s inaugural segment of #SantaAnaPD “For the Record: A Homicide Spotlight” highlights the murder of Victoria Barrios, which occurred on August 30, 2019 in the area of 500 E Pine Street. Victoria and two other friends, were gunned down just after midnight. Due to the nature of this case, it is eligible for the SAPD Gang Homicide Reward Program - (714) 245-8390.
