Riot police yelled at citizens, "Hey Cockroaches near Trend Plaza, we police shall celebrate tonight with champagne!"
Mourning events are carried out citywide in the evening of November 8, after 22-year-old Chow Tsz-lok passed away in the morning. The memorial service in Tuen Mun took place in Civic Square, nearby Trend Plaza.

Police Told Reporters to "Bear the Consequence" for Staying at the Scene
In Tseung Kwan O in the early morning of November 9, police shot tear gas directly at citizens within 10 metres and deployed pepper spray at close range.
Police ordered members of the press to leave, otherwise they would "bear the consequence" as the police would "apply force indiscriminately".
PTU Commandant David Jordan appeared in Beverly Garden in Tseung Kwan O at 03:19.

[Nov 11 Mong Kok: Police fired pepper ball at journalists]
When journalists were reporting in Sha Tung Street, Mongkok, they were asked to stay back by riot police with pepper spray. One of the police shot a pepper ball to the right ear of a journalist. Luckily, the injury was not serious.

Third Police Officer Infected with Coronavirus; Public Hospitals Under Pressure
A 31-year-old Police Tactical Unit (PTU) officer has been infected with the coronavirus. The male officer is stationed at the Kowloon West Regional Headquarters.
As confirmed cases are rising, the Hospital Authority has warned of the pressure on public hospitals especially on isolation beds in Hong Kong.
According to Ming Pao, there are only around 700 beds for adult patients in low pressure ward. As of March 28, over 70% of these beds have been consumed in Hong Kong's public hospital.
