Video of a #brawl between a student and substitute teacher at Miami Central Senior High School is posted to social media.

Third-ranked Kansas and Kansas State ended their bitter showdown Tuesday night with an ugly melee behind the basket that included punches, shoving and at least one player picking up a stool. The violence started when Kansas forward Silvio De Sousa was stripped by the Wildcats' DaJuan Gordon near midcourt, as the Jayhawks tried to dribble out the time on their 81-60 victory. When Gordon tried to go in for a layup, the Jayhawks' big man recovered and blocked his shot, sending Gordon to the floor, then stood over him barking. That triggered benches to empty and punches to be thrown in what amounted to an all-out #brawl. 🏀 #facepalm

Meanwhile in China... several citizens are trying to leave Hubei, crossing one of the rivers. The roads are blocked, so you can not leave with cars, and due to the lack of masks there is already a #brawl. ☣️

At least two separate altercations – one at a New York City Costco, and another at a Georgia Sam’s Club – broke out this week as more people flock to big box stores to stock up on items as the coronavirus continues to spread throughout the U.S. In footage reportedly taken on Thursday in Brooklyn, two customers got into a heated argument while standing in line. In the video, a woman can be seen angrily talking to an employee while wearing a face mask. Also on Thursday, though later in the evening, according to a video uploaded to Twitter, two customers are seen in an all-out #brawl in front of what appears to be a refrigerated section. The violent altercation reportedly took place at a Sam’s Club in Hiram, Ga.However, police reportedly were quick to dispel rumors that the altercation was over water, hand sanitizer or other coronavirus-related items people have been stocking up on. #facepalm

A brawl broke out among several people at the guitar-shaped Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. leads to multiple arrests. The incident reportedly took place Friday at the hotel and involved around 10 to 15 people, many of whom were dressed in swimwear and most were wearing masks. The group engaged in a minutes-long fight spanning a corridor inside the Hard Rock hotel. The violence continues for more than three minutes. Security and employees appear to attempt to break up the brutal brawl, but are seemingly unable. It is unclear what prompted the vicious fight, but court records reported by the Sun-Sentinel claim Manuel Aguilar, 26, of Miami, was the “primary aggressor.” According to the reports, he hit another man from behind, which led to the #brawl. Aguilar was reportedly arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of oxycodone.

Florida high school football game descends into a brawl after one side ran onto the field with a Blue Lives Matter flag and the other took a knee during the national anthem. A high school football team in Florida has been fined $500 and had 10 of its players suspended after a wild #brawl broke out at the end of a crunch game, with helmets being thrown, punches flying and parents jumping the fence from the sidelines and running to join in the altercation. The game was ill-tempered from the start. Mitchell players ran onto the pitch with a #BlueLivesMatter flag - a long-standing tradition, owing to the policing relatives of some former players. Wekiva players then knelt during the National Anthem. They said that some from the Mitchell team used racial slurs against them. As the game drew to a close, with Mitchell having won 24-18, a fight broke out. No one was seriously injured, but Orange County sheriffs deputies were called to separate the sides.
