#WANTED! Texas authorities are searching for information about a gunman caught on a home surveillance camera while hanging out of the window of a car to shoot at a van up ahead. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office responded to a suburban neighborhood for a shooting in progress on March 28 at about 7pm. Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar told KSAT officers found five to 10 shell casings in the street and it was suspected that the gunman was 'firing wildly in the neighborhood.' British frontline troops would struggle to fight off a Russian attack, experts have warned, as new figures reveal some Army units are missing up to a third of the soldiers they need. Following a parliamentary question by Mark Francois, Conservative MP for Rayleigh and Wickford, Ministry of Defence data uncovered that a number of battalions are lacking the necessary numbers for full functionality. Of the 30 infantry battalions included in the data, 12 were lacking more than 20% of their required numbers for full effectiveness, and some were operating with less than 30% of their target personnel. Only three met or exceeded their target. 😳
