Broadcaster Jon Snow, 71, made the comments while reporting for Channel 4 on pro-Leave protests in Westminster last night. He drew criticism from Brexiteers who argued that he was biased - having made no comment on the equally white Remain rallies. But others agreed with Snow, saying he was pointing out an obvious lack of diversity and saying anti-immigration speakers like Tommy Robinson and Nigel Farage actively discourage diversity.

The X-rays that prove Nazi 700mph rocket plane that Hitler believed would win the war was actually a death trap - and just as deadly for its own pilots as Allied planes. The Messerschmitt Me 163 was used as an interceptor in the final days of WWII. A new exhibition in Munich shows just how deadly it was for its pilots who were killed in tests and became sitting ducks to Allied fighters. The interceptor only destroyed nine bombers and its incredible velocity meant it would run out of fuel and have to glide back to ground. New X-rays show liquid still in the plane's hydraulic system and sheds new light on its engineering faults. #history

EXCLUSIVE: 'She is going to take all my money!' 'Drunk' Nicolas Cage makes a scene at Las Vegas courthouse while applying for marriage license with his girlfriend, as actor bizarrely yells about her 'drug dealer' ex-boyfriend ๐บ๐คช #facepalm #lol
He starred in the 1992 film Honeymoon in Vegas but his most recent Sin City wedding was anything but blissful. In court documents Cage's lawyers said the actor and Erika Koike 'were both drinking to the point of intoxication' and as a result he 'reacted on impulse'. The document also states Koike didn't 'disclose to [Cage] the full nature and extent of her relationship with another person'. The couple were seen in the midst of a screaming match outside of a Las Vegas casino just hours after their impulsive walk down the aisle. And Cage was caught on video Saturday applying for a marriage license at a Las Vegas courthouse in a somewhat agitated state. He was bizarrely telling onlookers Koike was going to take all of his money. The couple had been dating a year at the time of their sudden marriage. They later agreed that the union was a 'mistake' before seeking an annulment.๐บ๐คช

The day the dinosaurs died: Palaeontologist discovers incredible 66 million-year-old graveyard packed with fish, mammals, and a Triceratops that were buried by tsunami from the asteroid that wiped out 75% of life on Earth.
Some sixty-six million years ago, a scene of unimaginable horror played out in a North Dakota floodplain now aptly known as the Hell Creek Formation.
It came without warning; Earth shook violently with the seismic waves originating from an impact equal to a magnitude 10 or 11 earthquake, and deadly glass beads rained down from the sky like tiny ballistic missiles traveling 200 miles per hour.
Through six years of digs at the site, a paleontologist has finally confirmed something he's long suspected โ in the heart of North Dakota lies a prehistoric โkilling fieldโ that may be the best evidence yet of the events that occurred during Earthโs most notorious mass extinction. #science

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is stressing the urgency of climate change, calling out the U.S. government for swiftly responding to war and conflict as with 9/11, but being slow and ineffective when it comes to American lives lost in natural disasters. She compared the response to 9/11 with the 3,000 lives lost in Puerto Rico in the wake of Hurricane Maria asking, 'Where is our response?' Historically speaking, we have mobilized our entire economy around war. But I thought to myself it doesn't have to be that way, especially when our greatest existential threat is climate change,' AOC said. AOC went on to defend the Green New Deal, her cosponsored proposed stimulus program, and reject the Republican criticism of it. 'This is urgent, and to think that we have time is such a privileged and removed-from-reality attitude that we cannot tolerate,' she said.
