'Loyalty' and 'orders': Why so many of President Donald Trump's aides lied to protect him in Russia investigations
The first lie โ€“ the first one that was a crime, at least โ€“ came on the fourth day of Donald Trumpโ€™s presidency, in a White House office down the hall from Trumpโ€™s own.
That day, a pair of FBI agents came to question Trumpโ€™s top national security aide, Mike Flynn, about his dealings with the Russian government. Flynn gave the agents a tour of his new spot in the new administration, interrupted at one point as Trump and some movers walked past discussing where to hang art on the walls. Then Flynn took them back to his corner office and calmly lied to them about conversations with Russiaโ€™s ambassador.

White cop cleared in fatal shooting of black teen in Pittsburgh ๐Ÿ‘ฎ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ
A jury acquitted a white former police officer Friday in the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager as he was fleeing a high-stakes traffic stop outside Pittsburgh, a confrontation that was captured on video and led to weeks of unrest.
Former East Pittsburgh Police Officer Michael Rosfeld was charged with homicide for killing Antwon Rose II last June. Rose was riding in an unlicensed taxi that had been involved in a drive-by shooting when Rosfeld pulled the car over and shot the 17-year-old in the back, arm and side of the face as he ran away.
The victim, believed to be a 17-year-old boy, was discovered with knife wounds outside an apartment block near Union Lane in Isleworth (scene pictured this morning) at around 10.35pm on Friday. Paramedics were scrambled to the scene but he was pronounced dead a short time later. Witnesses who live nearby described the horror of seeing the boy 'bleeding from the mouth' and unable to speak after the โ€˜maskedโ€™ attacker stabbed him. The boy's death has triggered the 28th murder investigation in London this year, and comes just a week after another knife death in the capital. No arrests have been made. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ‘ฎ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

French soldiers will be allowed to 'OPEN FIRE' if lives are threatened by Yellow Vest rioters this weekend as the military is drafted in to help 5,000 police on the streets of Paris ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ”ฅ MACRON MUST GO! ๐Ÿ˜ก
Thousands of police fanned out across central Paris and other French cities, with the government vowing to prevent a repeat of the rioting and looting seen in the capital last week. Yesterday the military governor of Paris revealed that French soldiers will be permitted to 'open fire' if lives are threatened during protests. The government has redeployed soldiers from its Sentinelle anti-terror force to guard public buildings on Saturday, freeing up the 6,000 deployed police in Paris to tackle any flare-ups of violence. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท MACRON MUST GO! ๐Ÿ”ฅ#francomaidan

New Zealand Police Officer stands guard as Christchurch victims laid to rest ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ‘ฎ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ
The story behind the hijab: Meet the semi-automatic rifle-wielding female police officer whose powerful image went viral after she was seen wearing the Islamic garb and a rose after the Christchurch massacre. Toting a semi-automatic rifle, police officer Michelle Evans looked foreboding as she stood outside a cemetery in Christchurch yesterday. But her decision to wear a hijab and pin a red rose to her bulletproof vest as an act of symbolic solidarity touched people around the world. The photograph, taken by Associated Press photographer Vincent Yu, went viral on Friday with many people commenting that Ms Evans perfectly reflected the feeling many New Zealanders had towards Muslims. ๐Ÿ•บ

He was taken to hospital for treatment, the statement said, without giving further detail of his status or injuries.

A Boeing 737 MAX 8 being built for Oman Air took off from Renton, Washington (pictured) and taxied past a Boeing hanger after landing in Seattle (inset bottom right) Friday, amid the air ban of the plane model. Last week the US was the only nation to have not grounded the jets after a second plane crash in five months, this time in Ethiopia. But President Donald Trump finally announced MAX flights would be grounded pending investigation into the similarities between that incident and one in Indonesia last year, and now the planes are being tested on the West Coast.โœˆ๏ธ
