A Philadelphia real estate investor said a home he was scoping out came with an unadvertised surprise - a stairway booby-trapped with a swinging knife. Ekrem Uysaler said he and his team made the startling discovery while they were touring a 'distressed home' in Southwest Philadelphia on January 2 to figure out what kind of renovations would need to be done to it. Motorcyclist dead after falling 100 feet from Tampa overpass 😱

Police are looking for a gunman after a man was killed and another person was wounded at a car repair shop in Lakeland Friday night.
Lakeland police said the shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. at Artillery Motor Sports, located at 3609 Century Blvd.
The victim, identified at 32-year-old Steven Schelmety, was found dead inside the shop.
Another person was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Their name has not been released; police said the person is exempt as a witness to s murder.
Investigators released photos of a vehicle of interest, which appears to be a light-colored, 4-door pickup truck. 😱👮🏻‍♂️
