GRAND CHUTE, Wisconsin β€” Police are looking for a 17-year-old suspect who they believe was involved in a shooting that killed a man and injured another person at the Fox River Mall in Grand Chute on Sunday.

Shots were fired inside the mall, near the food court. Jovanni J. Frausto, 19, of Neenah, Winnebago County, died from his injuries. The other victim was treated for minor injuries and released from the hospital, the Grand Chute Police Department said late Sunday night.

Police are looking for Dezman V. Ellis, 17, who they believe is riding a blue 2012 Dodge Avenger with the state license plate AHP7939. Police believe the shooting was targeted and people should view Ellis as armed and dangerous.

The shooter left the mall before officers arrived at the scene, Grand Chute police public information officer Travis Waas said. No one is currently in custody for the shooting.

Anyone with information about the incident should contact the Grand Chute Police Department at 920-832-1575 or text "TIPGCPD" to 847411.

Airlines have issued travel waivers for Monday and Tuesday after snow blanketed the mid-Atlantic from Washington, D.C. to New York. More is expected to fall Monday. The National Weather Service also forecast that winds could gust between 35 to 50 mph, reducing visibility with drifting snow and leading to danger of falling tree branches and power lines. Airlines issue waivers and proactively cancel flights so they don't strand passengers and planes. The destinations covered, travel dates and other fine print vary by airline and are likely to change with the storms' projected path and severity. Most major airlines, including Delta, American, Southwest and United, have issued waivers through Tuesday, though the travel period depends on the city. According to FlightAware, at least 1,422 flights have been canceled for Monday with about another 260 scrubbed for Tuesday.
Bangkok, Thailand -- Scores of Myanmar migrant workers in Thailand protested in front of their embassy on Monday, waving posters of leader Aung San Suu Kyi after she was detained during a military coup. Myanmar's army took over early Monday, taking Suu Kyi into custody and announcing a state of emergency and power transfer to military chief General Min Aung Hlaing. Dressed in red -- the signature colour of Suu Kyi's National League for Democracy -- the Myanmar protesters in Bangkok hoisted posters of the army chief emblazoned with the words "Shame on you, dictator". But things got tense and alterations ensued. Now few people including anti-government Thai protesters. Most Myanmar citizens have left. About two dozen riot police attempted to break up the protest, and clashed with Thai organisers who are part of the kingdom's own democracy movement.
