The Seattle Police Department’s Force Investigation Team (FIT) is investigating an officer-involved shooting that occurred on November 9, 2020 in Woodinville. The King County Sheriff’s Office contracts with the City of Woodinville to provide police services to that community. In order to provide the public with information about the circumstances that resulted in the death of a person at the hands of law enforcement; The Seattle Police Department is releasing the video of the officer-involved #shooting that occurred on November 9, 2020. During the incident, both deputies were shot by the subject both deputies returned fire. The subject was pronounced dead at the scene. This is an ongoing investigation that is expected to last several months.
