in DC. Police investigating a stabbing at 14th Street and New York Ave
Pro-Trump activist Bevelyn Beatty and multiple Proud Boys were stabbed in DC while attempting to help another person who was being assaulted. Proud Boys founder Enrique Tarrio tells Gateway Pundit that he was slashed in the stomach, Beatty was stabbed in the back, and multiple other members of the men’s social group were stabbed and are now hospitalized with serious wounds. A law enforcement confirmed to TGP that the group was walking down the street, away from the protests, when they saw an older man being stabbed and intervened. While much of the world was watching President Trump and Joe Biden duke it out at the polls Tuesday night, a pack of pugilists held a wrestling “deathmatch” on the streets of Brooklyn. A crowd of about 25 people were spotted beating the crap out of each other outside of a warehouse on Frost Street in Williamsburg around 10 p.m., according to witness Jennifer Keene, who caught the spectacle from her window. “I’m sitting in the living room watching the returns and I start hearing noise outside and I’m like is this election-related?”
Natioanal forecast. Tropical Storm Eta is going to be very 2020 and what's left of the storm gets back into the water and makes a beeline for Florida or the Gulf (!!) A nice warm up for much of the country, but then big changes for the West starting this weekend with plenty of rain and snow.

The congressional district method was first implemented in Maine in 1972 and in Nebraska since 1991.
Voters in several states were deciding on Election Day whether to legalize marijuana — allowing adults to buy and use marijuana with or without needing a medical reason. Decriminalization of “magic mushrooms” was also on the ballot for some. Cannabis-related propositions were on the ballot in New Jersey, Arizona, Montana and South Dakota. Medical marijuana initiatives were also being decided in Mississippi and South Dakota. A decade ago, recreational marijuana was illegal in all 50 states, but Colorado and Washington’s legalization in 2012 sparked a subsequent movement of legalization in 11 states and Washington D.C. Supporters of legalization hoped that additional victories, especially in conservative states, could build pressure for Congress to legalize marijuana nationwide. On Tuesday, voters in New Jersey approved a change to the state's constitution, legalizing the use of cannabis without medical reason. Buying marijuana will be restricted to adults 21 and older, and cannabis sales will be subject to the state’s 6.625% sales tax. The amendment will also authorize the state’s legislature to enact a law letting towns and cities collect a tax on cannabis of up to 2%. The Democratic-led New Jersey Legislature decided last December to place a measure on the ballot asking voters whether they should legalize marijuana for adults age 21 and older. The commission that oversees the medical marijuana program will now be tasked with establishing a market for recreational use. It isn’t clear how soon that will happen, though.
