Philadelphia Police: On September 22, 2020 at approximately 12:15 AM, a shooting incident was captured on surveillance video. Three (03) vehicles are seen following the victim in the 800 block of south 2nd. Street. The vehicles then "box in" the victim at 2nd. & Christian Streets and fire several gun shots at the victim as the victim makes an escape.
