This is the moment a BMW was launched through the air after a 'drunk' woman smashed into a roundabout in Long Beach and then 'got out like nothing happened.' Marisela Ovalle, 27, ripped across 4th Street and Daisy Avenue at 2am Thursday, smashing her 4 Series coupe into a boulder and sending the car flying down the road. The huge rock was also sent bounding down the residential street in the collision and crushed the rear bumper of a parked Chevrolet Camaro as well as damaging other cars. Fortunately nobody was injured in the horrific crash and witnesses described how Ovalle emerged from the wreckage, sat down on the road 'and she was fine.'
China has reported another sharp rise in the number of people infected with the killer #coronavirus, with the death toll now nearing 1,400. The National Health Commission said 121 more deaths were recorded yesterday, as well as 5,090 new confirmed cases. The number of reported cases has been rising more quickly after the hardest-hit province changed its method of counting them. There are now almost 64,000 confirmed cases in mainland China, of which 1,380 have died, according to the national body. Hubei province is now including cases based on a physician's diagnosis and before they have been confirmed by lab tests. The acceleration in the number of cases does not necessarily represent a sudden surge in new infections of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Federal immigration officials arrested an MS-13 gang member after they received word he threatened to shoot police in New York City, a law enforcement source told Fox News. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents took Armando Clemente Ramos into custody after it was alleged he threatened officers in the 41st precinct in the Bronx โ the same precinct where two officers were shot less than a week ago. Ramos, who is undocumented, is being held on immigration-related charges. "Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) was made aware of a threat to the law enforcement community here in New York City. As a result, HSI special agents investigated the threat and subsequently made an arrest," an HSI official told Fox News in a statement. "The investigation is still ongoing."

Withington and Hernandez were sitting in a van outside Searles Elementary School, 30 miles southeast of San Francisco when a gunman opened fire. A federal judge ordered the state of Kentucky to pay more than $150,000 to groups representing a self-described atheist for denying him a personalized "IM GOD" license plate, reported FOX NEWS. Judge Gregory Van Tatenhove issued the decision, three months after he declared the state's action unconstitutional. Ben Hart, represented by the American Civil Liberties Union and the Freedom From Religion Foundation, sued the state in 2016 after he moved from Ohio, where he had "IM GOD" as a personal message on a state plate that read "One Nation Under God." He was denied getting the same personal message on his new plate, which in Kentucky reads "In God We Trust." The state said it rejected the plate because it was "not in good taste," and argued it could distract drivers and create confrontations. But Tatenhove ruled in November that "vanity plates are private speech protected by the First Amendment."
