Chief McDonnell, my friend and colleague for over 40 years, including the seven years we worked closely together at the LAPD, has been in the face of significant adversity and hostility from the Progressive Left. He has been doing an outstanding job leading the much reduced in size LAPD as it has faced continuous crises over the last several years. Replacing him before the end of his term would create additional crises of monumental proportions.

It is heavily rumored that mayoral candidate Nithya Raman’s choice to replace McDonnell would be the recently defeated progressive left LA District Attorney George Gascon.

BREAKING OVERNIGHT: Cows on the loose in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. KCFD says a semi hauling more than 120 cows crashed around 3 am on I-70 near Admiral Blvd. on the downtown loop. Cows have made it miles away. KCFD has reports of loose cows near Crown Center and KCK.

On October 10 and 11, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Work Release Program (WRP) conducted a community cleanup along Summit Valley Road in Hesperia.

Participants removed two 40-yard dumpsters worth of trash and 30 abandoned vehicle tires, helping improve the community while fulfilling court-ordered service.

The Work Release Program provides an alternative to incarceration, allowing participants to give back to their communities while maintaining employment, continuing their education, and supporting their families.

This successful cleanup highlights the department’s continued commitment to community partnerships and service.

10/7 – In a targeted law enforcement action, Detroit Station agents arrested an illegal alien from Mexico who is a registered sex offender in the state of Arkansas.  The subject has two felony convictions for sexual assault with a minor and forgery.

The subject is being charged with felony re-entry. He will be deported.
