Last night, we celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Norwalk Sheriff Station. Past and present members came together to recognize the countless deputies, professional staff, volunteers, and community members who have been part of its story over the last hundred years.
From humble beginnings on First Street in 1926, when Norwalk Sheriff Station was more commonly known as βSubstation No. 4,β the station has grown and evolved alongside the community it serves today, which now encompasses the City of Norwalk, City of La Mirada, South Unincorporated Whittier, and East Unincorporated Whittier.
For a century, the dedication and service of countless individuals have helped
shape the legacy of the Norwalk Sheriff Station into what it is today. We are grateful to all those who have contributed to its history and proud to honor the men and women who continue to carry on that tradition of service into the future.

THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.
Our partnerships with state, local, and international law enforcement are what make this mission work.
54,000 violent offenders arrested last year alone.
The largest FBI-led historic reduction in crime in U.S. history.
While some want to argue, weβll keep delivering for the American people.

Did Sunny Hostin finally talk herself into a lawsuit?
Three of Nolan Wellsβ friends just gave βThe Viewβ co-host 10 DAYS to retract, delete and apologize for comments they say falsely connected them to his death.
And remember...Hostin isnβt some random TikTok conspiracy theorist.
Sheβs an attorney and former prosecutor.
Yet attorneys for Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo and Morgan Seymour say Hostin publicly pushed claims and insinuations involving Nolanβs phone, deleted social media and whether the three men were properly investigated.
None of them has been arrested or charged.
Their lawyers say they cooperated with investigators and turned over their phones and information.
The 27-page demand also goes directly after Hostinβs objectivity, pointing out that she has described attorney Ben Crump, who represents Nolanβs family, as a longtime friend and that her daughter interned at his firm.
Ask questions all day long.

Across the country, prosecutors maintain lists of law enforcement officers whose credibility may be challenged in court.
The problem?
Officers are often added to these lists without notice (or any meaningful way to contest the decision) and their careers are ENDED by them.

WE ARE STOPPING SCHOOL SHOOTINGS BEFORE THEY HAPPEN.
North Carolina β and roughly half a dozen other states.
We increased the FBIβs use of AI by 605% to triage threats, get critical information to the field, and STOP people from killing children in our schools.
This is not political. This is the mission.
We will use every lawful technological tool available to safeguard our most precious resource: our children.

WATCH: Washington state Democratic House candidate Krista Perez was seen crying, praying and sobbing in the back of a patrol car after her DUI arrest. Police body camera also shows Perez admitting she'd been drinking wine and refusing field sobriety testsβ¦
π¨ BODYCAMS DON'T LIE.
Democratic Washington state House candidate Krista Perez is heading toward the November election with a DUI case now hanging over her campaign.
Police say Perez caused a five-car collision in Tacoma after her pickup hit a parked vehicle.
Bodycam footage shows her telling an officer she had consumed wine, declining roadside sobriety tests and repeatedly asking to go home.
After her arrest, Perez can be seen crying and praying in the back of the patrol car. Police say she later failed to provide an adequate breath sample, resulting in a refusal enhancement to the DUI charge.
Perez had just won the August primary for Washingtonβs 29th Legislative District before the arrest.
She pleaded NOT GUILTY Friday.
So Democrats now have a House candidate headed into the general election while fighting a DUI charge stemming from a five-car crash.

That has to change. Real solutions require accountability, not just programs that exist on paper.
