WATCH: Shocking new video shows a helicopter lose control and crash onto a Utah airport taxiway.
The Bell 206 bounces on impact before becoming airborne again, spinning to the right and slamming back into the ground.
The tailboom and main rotor system separate during the crash, and both people on board suffer minor injuries.
The NTSB says the instructor lost control while reaching across the cockpit to adjust the engine governor during the hover. Investigators found no mechanical malfunction or failure that would have prevented the helicopter from operating normally.

HORRIFYING: A 62-year-old man stopped at a neighborhood park after visiting his elderly mother, sat down on a bench and was allegedly STABBED TO DE*TH by a complete stranger who police say had absolutely no connection to him.
Andrew James Wimsatt was sitting alone at Chandler Creek Park near Round Rock, Texas, when surveillance video captured a man approaching him from behind and repeatedly stabbing him, including in the neck.
Investigators say they followed surveillance footage from the park to a nearby McDonaldβs and eventually to a residence connected to 26-year-old Benedict Chinedu Ogbodiegwu, where they recovered clothing matching the suspect and a knife that presumptively tested positive for blood.
Then came the bizarre excuse.
Police say Ogbodiegwu suggested the man caught on camera might actually have been his βtwin brother,β but he reportedly could not even give investigators the supposed twinβs name.
Authorities believe Wimsatt and his alleged killer had never met.
