MORE OF THIS, please! Attorney General Todd Blanche just oversaw the first-ever use of a federal terrorism-removal court that Congress created 30 years ago. The result: an Afghan woman who conceded she met the legal definition of an “alien terrorist” has been removed from the United States.

Blanche certified the government’s application to remove 47-year-old Nazira Haji Zada, and the Justice Department filed the case in July before the Alien Terrorist Removal Court.

DOJ says Zada supported her family’s ISIS-inspired plan for an Election Day 2024 mass shooting. Her son and son-in-law were convicted in connection with that plot.

The court issued its removal order August 20, and she is now permanently inadmissible to the United States.

Blanche called it a landmark case and said the department would use the tools available under federal law to address terrorism threats.

LAPD News: Police responding to a reported stabbing in the Hollywood Hills on Saturday night shot and killed a man at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police officers responded to a report of a man with a knife at a home in the 9300 block of Warbler Avenue around 9:30 p.m
When officers arrived, they located the stabbing victim, who was suffering from heavy bleeding. The victim reportedly directed officers to the armed suspect, who was inside the home.
According to the police department, when officers attempted to apprehend the suspect, they gave him commands to drop the knife, but he failed to comply.
That's when at least one officer fired shots. The suspect was struck by gunfire and taken into custody.
Officers attempted first aid and CPR until paramedics arrived, but the suspect was later pronounced dead. A knife was recovered at the scene.
Police did not have an update on the stabbing victim's condition.
LAPD said no officers were hurt.

NEW: A wildfire has prompted evacuations near the Mendocino-Lake county line. The Lucas Fire is burning in the Potter Valley area in Mendocino County, according to Cal Fire. The is is at 4,008 acres, as of Sunday evening. The fire is at 20% containment.

NEW: A rural Caddo County Oklahoma wildfire is burning through cedar trees and moving toward the Canadian County line. Video shows planes helping to fight the large flames.

The Union City Fire Department, along with the Canadian County Task Force, has personnel and equipment en route to assist with this fire. The fire is located along the far southwestern edge of Canadian County and extends into the northern portion of Caddo County.

Please keep all of the firefighters and emergency personnel working this incident in your thoughts and prayers.🙏🏻

🚨HE WAS ALREADY DEPORTED. Then prosecutors say he came back illegally and tried to STAB A 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL at her brother’s baseball game.

The girl threw up her hand to block the knife and suffered multiple cuts to her fingers. When her mother jumped in to protect her, court records say Dimas Gabriel Yanes tried to attack her too.

Other parents chased him toward the woods, and police caught him the next day after a large search.

Lake County Sheriff Oscar Martinez Jr. said Yanes had been deported to Honduras in 2018, illegally returned to the United States, built up a criminal history across multiple states and had documented ties to MS-13.

This should NEVER have happened. Authorities had already removed him from the country once.

Thank God she survived.

NEW: Los Angeles ICE officers have arrested Aaron Comisario Galicia, 45, from Mexico. He was sentenced to 7 years in prison for rape by force/fear in 2022. He was removed twice before in 2000 and 2004, so he’ll remain in ICE custody until removed again.
