BREAKING: Per multiple federal sources to FoxNews, ICE has been instructed to immediately cease most vehicle stops during immigration enforcement operations nationwide, except for operations targeting the most egregious criminal aliens. This comes after two people were killed by ICE in shootings in TX and ME in the last week in incidents that began as vehicle stops. DHS alleges one of those incidents was a ramming attempt.

Iโ€™m told this will be temporary until ICE officers receive new training on vehicle stops.

The policy change will have significant impacts as many of ICEโ€™s arrests begin as vehicle stops when they find and follow a target, as weโ€™ve witnessed on multiple embeds.

More to come as we get it.

Another "thank God for Body Worn Cameras" moment โ€” so glad anti-cop activists demanded officers begin wearing them.

The red arrow that shows up when the video slows down, points to a flashlight that was attached to the suspectโ€™s gun which was pointed at officers before they fired a combined 17 rounds at Diaz.

With deep sadness, the Marlborough Police Department, MA, announces the passing of retired Lieutenant Edward Medeiros.

Lt. Medeiros proudly served as a Military Police officer in the United States Army before joining the Marlborough Police Department as a reserve officer in 1953. Throughout his distinguished career, he was promoted to Sergeant in January 1964 and to Lieutenant in September 1967.

After more than 30 years of dedicated service to the City of Marlborough, Lt. Medeiros retired on January 31, 1984. Even in retirement, he remained a familiar and welcome presence at the police station, often stopping by to pick up his union stickers and to remind the younger officers, with a smile, that he had been retired longer than he had worked for the department.

Rest Easy Brother. Prayers for his family of blue and blood.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

WATCH: President Donald J Trump meets with Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi in the Oval Office: "We have a tremendous chemistry together... he won an election that a lot of people didn't anticipate... it was very important to me to have somebody get in there that can do the job and do it well."

POTUS on Iraq: "The oil companies are all going in now and they're doing partnerships with Iraq, and they're getting along very well. The relationship is a whole big relationship where we don't need the military there... We're there to protect them if need be, but we don't think that's going to be necessary... Iran was a big burden on Iraq... but they're not going to have that problem anymore."

POTUS: "The Gulf States are going to invest a tremendous amount of money into the United States, and that was very satisfactory to me. I think it's actually much better."

POTUS on the late Sen. Graham: "This is something that is veryโ€”almost undetectable... his father died of the same thing at about the same age... I don't see a lot of evil there. I know there's all sorts of conspiracy theories going [around]."

POTUS during his meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi:

"If you remember, even though I was a civilian... I used to say, 'Don't go into Iraq. Don't attack Iraq.' Frankly, they attacked the wrong country, and they did a lot of damage."

"Do you have any regrets about lifting the naval blockade or giving the sanctions waivers?"

POTUS: "No. I gave them a chance. I wanted to give them a chance at making a deal... and they shot first, and that was a big mistake that they shot firstโ€”because we have been knocking the hell out of them."

POTUS on Thursday's address to the nation: "It's really, really big news โ€” and our country has to shape up... because without free and fair elections, you don't have a country. We'll be discussing other things, too, but it's going to be a very big announcement."

POTUS on the Russia sanctions bill: "This is in honor of Lindsey. This was his thing... and there's a good chance that it gets done, but they'd like to add Iran and they'd like to add Hezbollah to it."

WATCH: Department of Justice to Hold Press Conference Announcing Historic Trade Fraud Enforcement Crackdown

Assistant AG Colin McDonald announces that in less than one year since its launch, the Trade Fraud Task Force "has officially surpassed $1 billion in criminal and civil recoveries, penalties, forfeitures, and charged losses."

DHS Assistant Secretary for Trade and Economic Security Aris Kourkoumelis: "Trade fraud is not a victimless crime. All Americans pay the price of these violations... The only answer is to cut off the profit motives and create real consequences for those who benefit, and that is exactly what the Trade Fraud Task Force is here to do."
