BREAKING: Matt Finn sets the stage for the weeklong preliminary hearing in Charlie Kirkβs murder trial. Today marks the first time Charlieβs family has come face-to-face with his accused killer. @police_frequency
An emotional day in court as the pretrial hearing began for Tyler Robinson, the 23-year-old accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk.
A former Utah Valley University police officer testified Monday that he found what appeared to be a "sniper pad" on a rooftop overlooking the area where Kirk was shot while speaking to a crowd last year.
Former Officer Christopher Bagley said the rooftop showed impressions consistent with someone lying prone, with a clear line of sight to where Kirk was standing.
"It looks like a sniper pad," Bagley testified. "You've got markings of elbows, knees and feet."
The hearing comes as prosecutors seek to show there is enough evidence for Robinson to stand trial on murder charges. Kirk's parents, Kathryn and Robert, his widow, Erika, and Donald Trump Jr. were all in the courtroom Monday.

This is the norm today for Chicago Police.
A call comes, officers respond, and they are met with hostility.
Here, a group of teens and young adults fight with CPD and throw traffic cones and a cooler at officers.
The lesson here is: When you vote progressives into office, the result is ALWAYS chaos.

Police Frequency et al...please watch today's Tucker interview with Dennis kucinich, prior member of congress. It is in regard to the EXISTING Legislation, not yet voted on, congress back next week, on Section 219 NDAA bill. If you dont like Tuckers please Google this Section 219 for your review and understanding. The just of the Legislation is basically the bill MERGES
defense with Isreal. Yes, merges IDF with Dept of War. Im sure many of you have heard Bibi stating "Isreal will no longer need dollars from America". This Legislation is behind his statement..so if passes Isreal will share America's $1.5 Trillion dollars. I dont have an X account to place it there. Some fool in congress slid this section into a larger bill a bit hidden not a stand alone bill. I do not believe Americans want this, we loose our Sovereignty and much much more. Please spread Section 219 NDAA as i doubt any channel will show or discuss this topic. Thank you for reading.

π» Seeing a bear can be excitingβ¦and sometimes a little scary!
If you spot a bear that is simply passing through and isnβt acting aggressively, itβs not necessary to call 911. Instead, share your photos or videos here and let the community know where youβve seen bears popping up so everyone can stay informed. (This video was taken by our Swings A Team.)
If you encounter a bear, give it plenty of space and make lots of noise so it knows youβre there and can move along. Most bears want to avoid people.
You can also help prevent bear visits by keeping trash secured, bringing in bird feeders, and not leaving pet food or other food sources outside.

βFor all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.β
