Everyone has a theory about what's driving crime, but the data tells a far more complicated story. A closer look at the numbers is fueling new conversations about public safety, crime trends, and how there are no simple explanations.

WATCH: At the Beştepe Presidential Complex in Ankara, President Donald J. Trump holds a bilateral meeting with President Erdoğan:

"It's an honor to be with you β€” and we're going to have a lot of good meetings... We're going to do good things for our countries."

POTUS on the possibility of selling F-35s to Turkey: "It's a decision we are going to make... Turkey has been, in many ways, much more loyal than other countries that we think would be loyal β€” so, yeah, it's something certainly we would consider."

POTUS: "We’ve invested trillions of dollars in NATO. Why? To protect European countries and others... You would think that they'd be very willing to do something to help us, and they really weren't... I've long said that we help them, but I'm not sure that they'd be there for us β€” and Italy turned us down, and Germany turned us down, and France turned us down. And that's okay, but why are we spending hundreds of billions of dollars and they're not there for us? We've always been there for them."

POTUS: "Toyota is moving out of Mexico into the United States and building one of the biggest truck and car plants ever built. It's amazing. That's what tariffs do when properly used."

POTUS: "I had a very good talk with President Putin... We had a long talk yesterday β€” it lasted a long time β€” and I also spoke with President Zelensky right after that. I think they both want to make a deal... I think something's going to come out."

POTUS on Turkey: "We're going to be taking the sanctions off... It's time to do that."

POTUS: "It's not anything to do other than I'd like to save lives... They leave their mother and father in Russia, Ukraine β€” they wave goodbye, and a week later they're dead... I can't stand watching what's happening... It's carnage."

President Trump sounds the alarm in Europe, saying the whole continent has to be careful when it comes to immigration policies and energy.

"You probably noticed, Europe's a very different place than it was 20 years ago. A lot different, much different.”

β€œThey're going to be careful with immigration and energy. If they're not careful with those two things, you're not going to have Europe anymore."

Thrilled to announce American Bitcoin crossing the 8,000 BTC mark! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Even with crypto market volatility, I want to reiterate how we continue to differentiate ourselves, mining at a 52% profit margin in Q1 and continually adding to our treasury, all while maintaining one of the lowest SG&A ratios in the industry

The stacking continues.

Huge congrats to the incredible ABTC team! Onwards we go!

NEW: Security video shown in court Tuesday traced the movements prosecutors say Tyler Robinson made on the Utah Valley University campus before and after the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

The surveillance footage spans roughly 16 hours, beginning around  a.m. Sept. 10, 2025, and continuing until  a.m. the following day.

According to Utah Department of Public Safety Agent David Hull, the video shows a vehicle investigators identified as Robinson's arriving at a campus parking garage. Prosecutors say Robinson, wearing a maroon shirt and shorts, made contact with Turning Point USA representatives as they prepared for Kirk's event before leaving campus about an hour later.

Hull testified Robinson later returned after parking in a nearby neighborhood. Surveillance video showed him eating at the Chick-fil-A inside the Sorensen Student Center before walking to a wooded area on the northeast side of campus and then leaving campus again around 11 a.m.

Prosecutors say Robinson returned just before noon wearing a dark shirt, jeans and a hat, but the same shoes seen earlier in the day. Hull testified the man in the video appeared to have a noticeable limp and investigators believe he was concealing a rifle inside his pants.

Hull also testified a Spanish Fork police officer stopped Robinson's vehicle around  a.m. Sept. 11. The officer, acting on what Hull described as "cop intuition," recorded the license plate. Investigators later determined the vehicle was registered to Robinson and his mother after Robinson surrendered to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

Robinson has not yet entered a plea to charges stemming from Kirk's death. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
