Paris police ignored 'obvious signs of radicalisation' in colleague who used an oyster knife in deadly attack on four officers, including slitting oneโs throat, because no-one wanted to make a complaint even though he praised Charlie Hebdo massacre. Mickael Harpon, 45, who left headquarters on Thursday only to return with an oyster knife and a 13-inch kitchen knife, slitting the throat of at least one of his victims, hadn't given 'the slightest reason for alarm,' Christophe Castaner initially claimed. But France's interior minister conceded, 'Obviously, there were failings,' while insisting he would not resign after ferocious calls to step down over the matter. It was revealed yesterday, computer expert Harpon had caused serious concern among colleagues as far back as 2015 when he defended the massacre of 12 people at the Charlie Hebdo newspaper by two brothers vowing allegiance to Al-Qaeda. #WTF?
