NEW: Two Chicago Police Officers were hospitalized in good condition after an SUV ran a traffic signal & hit their squad car near Columbia College on Saturday morning.
The crash left the officers trapped in the vehicle requiring assistance from the Chicago Fire Department.
The driver of the SUV was arrested after attempting to leave the scene.

UPDATE: A suspect was arrested after police said multiple people were shot outside an East Austin Texas Gay Shop on Sunday night.
A preliminary investigation states that two men were involved in a fight that escalated into a shooting.
At this time, six victims were treated at local hospitals for non-life-threatening injuries. Two of the victims were taken by Austin-Travis County EMS and four of the other victims took themselves to the hospital.
All victims are expected to be OK, police said.
