I’ve been quiet on here for a while and I just wanted to let you guys know why. The last 2 years has been the lowest point in my life. I’ve struggled with PTSD, depression, and you fuckin name it. At times I didn’t think I would win this fight, nor did I want to. I’m still struggling but finding a new purpose in training our K9 Unit has filled a void for me. The joy I get from watching these dogs transform from green dogs to obedient and well trained bad asses entrusted with saving the lives of my officers is hard to explain.

I’ve went my whole life being trained and told that mental health was just a coward’s way out. That’s how it was in the military and in LE up until a few years ago. So naturally, I’ve isolated myself in an attempt to deal with my own shit. I know now that is not the right way but it’s my way.

The purpose of this message is to let you guys know that I’m ok and back on path to being myself again. Also to let you guys know that mental health is fuckin real! The traumas we see in both the military and LE can and will break even strongest people out there if you let them.

Reach out for help if you need it. Check on your friends and loved ones. There are plenty more people like me who suffer silently and you won’t know unless you persistently check on them. Take care of each other!

BREAKING UPDATE: Former police officer arrested over alleged mass shooting plot at Louisiana festival.

A former police officer who allegedly was traveling to Louisiana to conduct a mass shooting at a large festival was arrested Wednesday night in a Florida hotel where investigators found a gun and nearly 200 rounds of ammunition, authorities said.

NEW: A suspect is dead, and a police officer is injured after a traffic stop in Adairsville, Georgia overnight.

Press Release: "At about 0115 hours this morning (04-23-2026) a wanted suspect with numerous felonies compelled an Adairsville Police Officer to use deadly force to defend himself. The suspect shot the Police Officer in the chest, and then attempted two more times to shoot the Officer. The Police Officer was forced to return fire to protect himself and shot the suspect numerous times. The Officer survived, was treated and released from the hospital. The violent suspect died at the hospital.

     The incident and crime scene was immediately secured and turned over to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. The Adairsville Police Department will not be able to provide any additional details until the G.B.I. has concluded its investigation in it's entirety.

     We are very thankful our Officer survived and made it home to his wife and family."

NEW: LAPD Central units are seen responding to a burglary suspect there now on the NB 110 freeway under the 7th Street overpass early Thursday morning. The victim was armed with a kitchen knife after he chased down the suspect, who attempted to steal from him after breaking into his home.

BREAKING OVERNIGHT: A stolen car chase across north Houston ended in chaos overnight, sending multiple officers to the hospital.

Texas: This story starts on Thursday afternoon when police say three suspects stole a vehicle. Officers tracked it down later that night, but when they tried to stop it, the suspects took off, leading police on a chase across the city.

During the pursuit, three patrol units crashed. One officer rolled their vehicle near West Little York and the North Freeway just after midnight. Later, another crash happened at West Mount Houston and the North Freeway involving an HPD officer and a Harris County Precinct 1 Constable deputy.

All of the injured officers were taken to the hospital and are expected to be okay. The chase finally came to an end when the suspects crashed into a ditch and tried to run. All three were arrested. Charges have not been announced.
