Black market cannabis vapes are found to contain hydrogen CYANIDE amid health panic after 13 die from mysterious illness linked to e-cigs. NBC News reported that they ordered a testing of 18 vaping cartridges with THC, the main psychoactive compound found in marijuana. Three cartridges were purchased from legal dispensaries in California and those were not found to contain heavy metals or pesticides. But of the 15 that were bought from unlicensed dealers, 13 contained the solvent Vitamin E, which has been found to cause severe lung damage when it is inhaled. Also found was myclobutanil, a pesticide that, when burned, can turn into hydrogen cyanide - a chemical that can lead to fatal asphyxiation within minutes. It comes on the heels of the most recent report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on the slew of vaping-related illnesses that have swept the nation, killing 13 Americans and sickening more than 800.โ˜ ๏ธ ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

A female skydiver has died in California after hitting a semi-trailer truck before crashing onto a highway. The incident occurred in Lodi, around 90 miles east of San Francisco, when the woman set off on a group parachuting expedition. Authorities have not publicly named the victim, but report that she is a 28-year-old Colombian national. Witnesses say strong winds carried the woman away from the safe landing zone after she jumped from the plane around 2 pm. She was pushed towards the highway, which was teeming with traffic, before she collided with the big rig. The woman then rolled onto the shoulder of the south-bound lane of the freeway. She was pronounced dead at the scene. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ #losers

A Maryland family have transported a historic Georgian mansion more than 50 miles so that it can be housed on their waterfront plot of land. The massive relocation operation, which saw the three-story home move from Eaton to Queenstown, took nearly two weeks and cost almost $1 million. The residence was bought by Christian Neeley, who fell in love with the dwelling, which is known as the Galloway House and was built back in 1760 - before the American War of Independence. Neeley had been hoping to find a similar home with water views, but when there didn't seem to be one available he decided to ship Galloway House closer to the sea. #wow

Guajajara Indians "forest guardians" detain a logger during a search for illegal loggers on Arariboia indigenous land near the city of Amarante, Maranhao state, Brazil. Loggers and ranchers have cleared land right up to the Guajajara reservation and crossed the border increasingly in recent decades. But since 2012, when the "forest guardians" formed, they estimate that illegal incursions have fallen by half. REUTERS/Ueslei Marcelino
Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau greets Surrey-Centre candidate Randeep Sarai at an election campaign rally in British Columbia, Canada September 24, 2019. Trudeau had been running neck-and-neck with Conservative leader Andrew Scheer until Time magazine published a picture of Trudeau in dark makeup and a turban at a 2001 "Arabian Nights" party, when he was a 29-year-old teacher. Two other images and a video of him in blackface later emerged. REUTERS/Jennifer Gauthier

Haitian police used tear gas and live ammunition on Friday to disperse increasingly violent protesters in the capital, witnesses said, as anger over the economic and political problems in the country grew. Haitians are protesting widespread food and fuel shortages, a weakening currency, double-digit inflation and graft accusations lodged against public officials in the impoverished Caribbean nation. Many are calling for President Jovenel Moise to stand down after what they say is a failure to address the myriad of problems. Four people died in clashes in recent days, Reuters reported.

An explosion occurred on the Stolt Groenland, a 25,000-tonne, Cayman Island-flagged oil tanker, at the southern port of Ulsan at around 10:50 a.m. (0150 GMT), a coastguard official said. There were 25 sailors aboard, including Russians and Filipinos. The fire spread to another oil tanker docked nearby, the 9,000-tonne, South Korean-flagged Bow Dalian, with 21 aboard, he said. All of the sailors on both ships were rescued, but 10 people, most of whom were workers at the terminal, have been wounded so far, a fire official told @police_frequency in the Telegram. Nine of them were South Korean, including one in a critical condition, and the other was from India. ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ
