WATCH: A violent multi-vehicle crash was caught on camera today after a driver allegedly ran a red light and plowed into several vehicles, prompting deputies to deploy a Taser during a confrontation at the scene.
The collision happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. at the busy intersection of Railroad Avenue and Oak Ridge Drive in Santa Clarita.
Video captured by a Tesla dash camera shows a white BMW speeding into the intersection against a red light before slamming into multiple vehicles that were turning eastbound onto Oak Ridge Drive from Railroad Avenue. The force of the impact sent debris scattering across the roadway and left several cars disabled in the intersection.
First responders from the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived within minutes, along with paramedics and ambulances. The number and severity of injuries were not immediately confirmed, though several patients were evaluated at the scene.

A woman was arrested at a Las Vegas airport after allegedly leaving her dog at the ticket counter and walking away, police say.
She allegedly told police the airline would not allow her to fly with the dog and claimed it had a tracking device. She was arrested on charges of animal abandonment and resisting arrest.
The dog affectionately nicknamed Jet Blue was permanently placed by Retriever Rescue of Las Vegas with the family of one of the officers who helped rescue the approximately 2-year-old golden doodle/mini poodle during the original incident.
LVMPD Officer Skeeter Black and his family had been working to adopt a golden doodle since September 2025 through Retriever Rescue of Las Vegas. After already being approved months ago, they were selected as Jet Blueβs new forever home.
Bon voyage, Jet Blue and welcome to a new life where you'll be loved beyond words by Officer Black and his family. π

Before rising to infamy, he lived in the San Francisco Bay Area; in 1986, at just 19, he was arrested by San Francisco Police for stolen property and carrying a loaded gun.
In a major security operation this morning, Mexican forces killed him, dealing a significant blow to the cartel he once led.
