A small plane was forced to make an emergency landing Monday on a busy Gainesville Georgia roadway, hitting multiple vehicles and shutting down a major intersection. According to the Gainesville Police Department, the incident happened at Browns Bridge Road and Pearl Nix Parkway. Minor injuries were reported, and traffic delays followed as crews worked the scene.

Details on what caused the emergency landing have not yet been released, and the investigation is ongoing.
