STOLEN FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE β COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE REQUEST
At approximately 4:55 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026, the Louisville Fire Departmentβs 2004 Ford F-450 flatbed truck was stolen from behind the fire station.
This vehicle is not a personal truck β it is used to haul lifesaving equipment, pull our command trailer, and transport critical resources to emergency scenes.
Personnel had just returned from an errand and intended to leave again on another errand when they were dispatched to a 911 grass fire call. During that emergency response, an individual took advantage of the situation and left the station in the truck.
Yes, the keys were in the vehicle at the time due to the brief turnaround between calls. Regardless, this vehicle is essential to emergency operations in our community.
If you see this vehicle or have any information regarding its whereabouts, please contact:
Winston County Sheriffβs Department
(662) 773-7470
(662)773-3527
Louisville Fire Department
(662) 773-9402
This truck supports emergency response efforts for the citizens of Louisville and Winston County. We are asking for the communityβs assistance in helping us recover it safely and quickly.
It takes a special kind of individual to steal equipment intended to protect and serve others β but it takes a strong community to stand together and help bring it home.
Please share.

UPDATE : deadly crash in Indiana that killed four Amish men involving an ILLEGAL TRUCKERπ¨
*The name of the carrier that employed the illegal is AJ Partners
*FMCSA is expanding the scope of the investigation to include a number of other companies - including Sam Express Inc.
*Investigators are gathering evidence at each company RIGHT NOW
These interconnected carriers have all the markings of FRAUD and are accused of being CHAMELEON CARRIERS. This is when companies swap names and DOT numbers to avoid enforcement πβ
Our team is also on the ground investigating the driver entry training school β Aydana Inc./ U.S. CDL β that helped this UNVETTED, UNQUALIFIED driver get behind the wheel in the first place.
If this is in fact a sham school, any other licenses they supported will be called into questionβΌοΈ
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is working AROUND THE CLOCK to hold anyone involved in this horrific crime accountable.
Sec Duffy
