The Left is fighting to legalize domestic terrorism. It is a crisis of grave magnitude and it is the duty of all judges of conscience to work alongside the government to end this growing terrorism and restore even a modicum of faith in the justice system.

BREAKING: The suspect who died during a shootout with San Jose police officers on Wednesday has been identified as 30-year-old Mohamed Husien of Davis, California.
On January 21, 2025, at approximately 2:01 PM, San JosΓ© Police Department Patrol Officers responded to a report of an armed carjacking that occurred at a car dealership in the 900 block of Capitol Expressway. An adult male suspect brandished a firearm at an employee, stole a vehicle and fled the scene prior to police arrival.
With the assistance of the SJPD helicopter, AIR 3, Patrol Officers were able to locate the suspect traveling southbound, out of San JosΓ© jurisdiction. The suspect location was eventually tracked to the city of Hollister where Hollister Police Department Officers and San Benito County Sheriff Deputies were notified. AIR 3 continued to broadcast updates to responding outside agencies who engaged in a slow-speed pursuit that ended when the vehicle became disabled. The suspect then exited the vehicle, while armed with a handgun, and an officer-involved shooting occurred. The suspect fled and was located again where a second officer-involved shooting occurred. SJPD Officers were not involved in either incident.
The suspect then committed a subsequent armed carjacking and fled the city of Hollister in a second stolen vehicle. Officers from multiple agencies pursued the suspect as he drove at high speeds on the freeway, returning to the city of San JosΓ©, at which point SJPD Officers assumed control of the pursuit on city streets.
At approximately 3:53 PM, the suspect collided with a stopped vehicle near the intersection of Julian Street and Notre Dame Avenue. After the collision, the suspect exited his vehicle and charged at an arriving San JosΓ© Police Sergeant, immediately firing multiple rounds as the Sergeant exited his patrol vehicle. The Sergeant was struck in the head by the suspect's gunfire, fracturing his skull.
The suspect subsequently attempted to carjack an SJPD patrol vehicle, then exited and fled on foot at which point he fell to the ground as officers fired at him. The suspect was then struck by a responding patrol vehicle. The suspect was later pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Sergeant was critically injured and taken to a local hospital by Patrol Officers, and injuries were later determined to be non-life threatening.
The suspect was identified as thirty-year-old Mohamed Husien. Suspect Husien, who was in possession of a firearm with an extended magazine, is prohibited from owning firearms as a convicted felon.

Gavin Newscum, as a βLame Duckβ Governor of a Failing State, should not be at Davos running around screaming for the attention of Foreign Leaders, and embarrassing our Country. He made a mockery of himself, and everybody, including his staff, knows it! He should get the permits so that people can build their homes destroyed by the fire that he could have prevented if he would have allowed water to flow from the Pacific Northwest. He should finish his monstrously βoverbudget and behind scheduleβ Railroad, from San Francisco to L.A., one of the Greatest Public Disasters in History, and focus on stopping Crime in the streets of California Cities β Then finish out his term, and GO HOME! With a record like heβs got, the ruination of one of the most beautiful places on Earth, where people are leaving in droves, it is unimaginable that he could run for President but, who knows, itβs a very strange World!

President Donald J. Trump: "The trip was great. We had a lot of good response β even from the Fake News... It's going to be a great Board [of Peace]."
POTUS on Greenland: "It's forever β that was discussed... We're all going to work together, and actually NATO is going to be involved with us... We won't have any expense other than building the Golden Dome."
"It's a much more generous deal. It has to be. We're building a Golden Dome... That is so much better for us β and for Europe β to have that piece of ice covered by the Golden Dome."
POTUS on his meeting with President Zelensky in Davos: "We're discussing things that have been discussed for six or seven months and he came and he said he wants to make a deal because I wasn't necessarily sure. I think he should want to make a deal."
POTUS: "We're watching Iran. We have a lot of ships going that direction just in case... We have a massive fleet heading in that direction, and maybe we won't have to use it. We'll see."
POTUS: "Credit card companies are getting 28% interest... Then it's a little overdue and [people] end up having to file for bankruptcy? We're not going to let that happen, so it's a one-year 10% cap on credit cards."
POTUS: "What I'd like to see is that the money is paid not to the insurance companies but directly to the people into a healthcare savings account, and the people buy their own health care. The Democrats don't like that because they're owned by the insurance companies."
POTUS on Russian President Vladimir Putin potentially using his own frozen assets to join Trump's Board of Peace:
βIf he's using his money, that's great. I think itβs important to have everybody in.β
