NEW: amid ongoing tension between Minnesota and Trump admin, DHS is calling on Gov. Walz & Mayor Frey to co-operate with 1,360 detainers of criminal illegal aliens after DHS says MN already released 470 criminal illegal aliens onto streets.

β€œGovernor Walz and Mayor Frey REFUSE to cooperate with ICE law enforcement and have released nearly 470 criminal illegal aliens back onto the streets of Minneapolis. We are calling on Walz and Frey to stop this dangerous policy and commit to honoring the ICE arrest detainers of the more than 1,360 criminal illegal aliens in Minnesota’s custody,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. β€œIt is common sense. Criminal illegal aliens should not be released back onto our streets to terrorize more innocent Americans.”

β€’Leny Odemel Ramirez-Santos, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras charged with sex offense against a child – fondling and driving under the influence of liquor.

β€’Edwin Amable Ashca Ninasuta, a criminal illegal alien from Ecuador with charges for lewd or lascivious acts with a minor.

β€’Lenda Neh Mama Epse George, a criminal illegal alien from Cameroon with charges for cruelty toward a child and domestic violence.

β€’German Adriano Llangari Inga, a criminal illegal alien from Ecuador charged with homicide – negligent manslaughter with a vehicle and driving under the influence of liquor.

β€’Puol Both, a criminal illegal alien from Sudan convicted of making terroristic threats, burglary, first-degree aggravated robbery, and larceny.

β€’Somsalao Thonesavanh, a criminal illegal alien from Laos convicted of drug trafficking and selling a synthetic narcotic.

The facts of what happened in Minneapolis on Jan 7 matter: at 10:25 AM CT the individual in question was using her vehicle to block-in law enforcement officers and obstruct lawful operationsβ€”a felony. Throughout the course of the morning, the individual and her partner had been stalking, harassing and impeding law enforcement.

ICE law enforcement approached the individual in question and gave repeated lawful commands to stop obstructing operations and then ordered her out of her vehicle for arrest. She refused to comply.

She then proceeded to weaponize her vehicle, a deadly weapon, and hit a federal law enforcement officer.

The ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement, and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots.

Peaceful protest is a sacred First Amendment right. This was not that. If you obstruct law enforcement operations, ignore lawful commands, and use a deadly weapon to kill or cause bodily harm to a federal law enforcement office there are dangerous, and in this case deadly, consequences. This was entirely preventable.

Seeing this picture from the Officer Down Memorial Page got me to thinking back over 2025 and how fast it flew by.

Except for them time around losing Kyle.  That time, and some times since losing him, have seemed to slow down drastically.

The actual numbers that we would have to pay back if, for any reason, the Supreme Court were to rule against the United States of America on Tariffs, would be many Hundreds of Billions of Dollars, and that doesn’t include the amount of β€œpayback” that Countries and Companies would require for the Investments they are making on building Plants, Factories, and Equipment, for the purpose of being able to avoid the payment of Tariffs. When these Investments are added, we are talking about Trillions of Dollars! It would be a complete mess, and almost impossible for our Country to pay. Anybody who says that it can be quickly and easily done would be making a false, inaccurate, or totally misunderstood answer to this very large and complex question. It may not be possible but, if it were, it would be Dollars that would be so large that it would take many years to figure out what number we are talking about and even, who, when, and where, to pay. Remember, when America shines brightly, the World shines brightly. In other words, if the Supreme Court rules against the United States of America on this National Security bonanza, WE’RE SCREWED! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP

Job well done by the CHP!πŸ”₯

Video shows the moment five people inside a stolen sedan were taken into custody after a pursuit through Los Angeles overnight.

According to a California Highway Patrol spokesperson, the pursuit was initiated by deputies from the L.A. County Sheriff's Department's Carson Station on the 105 Freeway near Wilmington Avenue in Willowbrook at 2:21 a.m. Monday. CHP units took over the pursuit on the 101 Freeway at Vineland in Studio City approximately 17 minutes later, the spokesperson confirmed.

The driver of the vehicle then navigated onto surface streets and came to a stop at Victory and Laurel Canyon boulevards in North Hollywood before CHP units attempted a PIT maneuver and took all five occupants into custody.

WATCH: Karoline Leavitt touts amazing new economic numbers! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Mortgage rates drop below 6%, Gas price national average falls to $2.79 per gallon for the first time in nearly 5 years.

"Does the President stand fully behind that [ICE] officer?"

PressSec: "Absolutely β€” and I think the more evidence that comes out shows the officer was justified and President Trump was right about this all along."

PressSec on POTUS' success with Venezuela: "We've had complete cooperation thus far from the interim authorities in Venezuela. You've seen POTUS has been able to cut a $500B energy deal. 31 million barrels of oil are now making their way to the United States to be sold."

PressSec: "We have mortgage rates that are falling under 6% for the first time in years. Today, the national average for gasoline is the lowest that it's been in five years. We have core inflation at its lowest level in five years."

"President Trump and the entire Trump administration stands firmly with the brave men and women of ICE," says PressSec.

"You see these agitators who have been harassing ICE agents all weekend long... they are actively trying to impede law enforcement operations and end POTUS' mandate to deport illegal alien criminals... some of the worst of the worst criminals, who, if given the chance, would commit those same heinous crimes to the protesters in the streets of Minneapolis right now."

PressSec on Iran: "The greatest leverage the regime had just several months ago was their nuclear program, which President Trump and the United States military totally obliterated... What President Trump will do next only he knows."

PressSec on Iran: "I think one thing POTUS is very good at is always keeping all of his options on the table... Diplomacy is always the first option for POTUS... However, with that said, POTUS has shown he's unafraid to use military options if and when he deems necessary."

PressSec: "The President has made it quite clear that Jerome Powell is bad at his job. As for whether or not Jerome Powell is criminal, that's an answer the Department of Justice is going to have to find out, and it looks like they intend to find that out."

PressSec: "The last week has shown that the President made the right realistic assessment of what needed to take place in Venezuela at this moment in time... We've seen a great level of cooperation and the President expects that to continue."

PressSec: "All weekend long, you had agitators and violent American citizens out in the streets of Minneapolis 'protesting.' Protesting what, exactly? Apparently, they are protesting the removal of heinous murderers and rapists and criminals."

Did you know that in Alaska, you are required by law to safely move over, or to slow down when passing emergency vehicles that are stopped on the edge of the road? If changing lanes is not possible, drivers must reduce their speed when passing any working vehicle, including law enforcement, fire, EMS, and road maintenance vehicles, even tow trucks. Failure to do so puts emergency personnel in danger and can result in you getting a ticket.

The men and women of the USCG are the best of the best in the world at what they do.

On January 9th in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Coast Guard found a 68-year-old man alive after being stranded for more than a day, and executed a heroic and flawless operation to rescue him by helicopter despite rough seas, rocky surroundings, and low visibility in the dead of night.

The men and women of the U.S. Coast Guard are diligent and dedicated, and America is blessed to have them keeping watch.
