During Operation Midway Blitz, a Latin Kings gang member with prior prison time was driving recklessly trying to intimidate our agents by swerving and playing “chicken” while flying an anti-ICE flag. After striking several innocent civilian vehicles during his joy ride, his erratic driving end when he was arrested by Border Patrol agents.

Playing stupid games and endangering the lives of community members is never a good idea. Nor is impeding federal agents doing their job, as that is a federal offense.

New York: Three people have been arrested following an investigation into a domestic dispute that left a Rochester Police Department officer with injuries on Friday.

According to RPD, officers were responding to a home on Bartlett Street to follow up on a domestic incident at 3:45 p.m. when the officer was allegedly assaulted.

At the time of the response, it was reported that 51-year-old Kina Wilcox was arrested at the scene for custodial interference. Police say during this arrest, she pulled away from the officer and began to hit him before pulling the corded microphone from his radio and hitting him with it.

18-year-old Kahmyia Coats, identified as Wilcox’s daughter, allegedly entered the room and also began to hit the officer. Wilcox’s 16-year-old son is accused of pushing the officer away as Wilcox and Coats continued to hit them.

The three were taken into custody following the response of backup unit officers.

The officer suffered injuries to the head and face as a result of the incident and has since been reported to be out of work for recovery.
