A citizen contacted the Norwalk Police Department and claimed that 22-year-old Brandon Wagshol was trying to buy large capacity rifle magazines from out of state. He was charged with four counts of illegal possession of large capacity magazines and is currently being held on $250,000 bond. He's scheduled to appear in court on September 6.
