NYC: Emergency responders from the Bronx rushed to assist a police officer who was injured Tuesday after being hit by a motorcycle in the Marble Hill section of the borough. The incident occurred along W 228th St, sparking an immediate emergency response and ongoing law enforcement investigation.

Medics and fire crews worked urgently to assist the injured officer at the scene. The impact of the motorcycle caused a variety of injuries, prompting on-site medical treatment before the officer was transported to a nearby hospital. Details on the severity of the injuries have not been released, but officials confirmed the officer was conscious during transport.

EXCLUSIVE: We joined Border Patrol as they carried out immigration enforcement in Sacramento this morning.

Suspected illegal immigrants scattered as soon as agents pulled into a Home Depot, leading to foot pursuits. BP tells us they surveilled the location & ran plates for two days beforehand, with some coming back as previously deported illegal immigrants. Roughly 10 arrests made in this location, including a U.S. citizen who agents say slashed the tire on one of their vehicles and was later chased down & maced.

USBP Chief Gregory Bovino tells us records checks revealed one of the arrested men is an aggravated felon with a prior conviction for fentanyl trafficking.

Officer Marks was dispatched to the waterfront for a woman who lost her (2) rings.

Ofc. Marks investigated and established a last known time and place for both rings. He then dug through a trash receptacle which he suspected both rings to be in and went above and beyond to locate the missing rings.

Through sheer determination and will Ofc Marks was able to locate the rings and return them to the rightful owner who was very appreciative. Ofc. Marks displays excellent professionalism and followed the foundational behaviors of the Scottsdale Police.
