Anaheim officers Sean Staymates and Kevin Pederson fired dozens of shots at 50-year-old Eliuth Penazola Nava, killing him on July 21, 2018. The officers chased after Nava who was driving a white pick-up truck after his brother had reported he was armed and hallucinating on drugs.
