Motorcyclist dead after falling 100 feet from Tampa overpass 😱

Police are looking for a gunman after a man was killed and another person was wounded at a car repair shop in Lakeland Friday night.
Lakeland police said the shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. at Artillery Motor Sports, located at 3609 Century Blvd.
The victim, identified at 32-year-old Steven Schelmety, was found dead inside the shop.
Another person was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Their name has not been released; police said the person is exempt as a witness to s murder.
Investigators released photos of a vehicle of interest, which appears to be a light-colored, 4-door pickup truck. 😱👮🏻‍♂️

Authorities say 37-year-old Ryan Scott Mills was arrested after he attempted to breach a security checkpoint at Orlando International Airport on Saturday. Mills approached the west checkpoint that leads to gates one through 59 at around 12:15pm on Saturday. In a tweet, Orlando Police said that as authorities attempted to arrest Mills on Saturday, he reached into his pocket, prompting 'unknown persons' nearby to yell that he had a gun. Police said panic ensued, though there was no gun. 👮🏻‍♂️

Shooter Gary Martin, 45, (inset) opened fire on Friday, shortly after he was terminated from his job of 15 years at the Henry Pratt Co. industrial valve manufacturing plant, police said. Martin died in a police shootout. Slain were HR Intern Trevor Wehner (top), stockroom attendant and forklift operator Vincente Juarez (bottom left), Human Resources Manager Clayton Parks (bottom right), plant manager Josh Pinkard (not pictured), and mold operator Russell Beyer (not pictured). Wehner, the intern, was a 22-year-old student at Northern Illinois University. He was starting his first day at Henry Pratt when he was killed. according to a family friend. All of the victims were found dead at the scene in the same close area of the plant, according to police. Six police officers were also injured in the shooting, but none of their injuries are life-threatening. 😱👮🏻‍♂️

A New York woman has been charged with the Friday murder of a 70-year-old Army Veteran she labelled 'racist' before allegedly stabbing him to death in a Bronx grocery store.
