Tucker Carlson Tonight: Lord Fauci Day. Fauci is the high priest of the Covid cult. A paper mask is his sacred garment. Cable television is his pulpit. The people of Washington bow before Father Fauci. They throw their Patagonia fleeces before him to ease his way as he passes. They consider him holy. Now, the cityโ€™s mayor, Murial Bowser, has made it official. Bowser has declared December 24th โ€”formerly the date of a notable Christian holiday โ€” โ€œDoctor Anthony S. Fauci Day.โ€

PHOENIX, ARIZ. โ€“ Christmas Day is Friday and for many, itโ€™s a time of celebration โ€“ but for those less fortunate, it can be another day of worry. Typically food banks are there to save the day but this year because of COVID-19 their demand is higher than ever.

Several organizations nationwide say their demand has more than doubled this year, and itโ€™s taking a toll on families. "We are providing more food than ever before," said Tyson Nansel, vice president of external affairs for United Food Bank in Mesa, Ariz.

United Food Bank in Mesa, Arizona distributes food boxes for the community every Friday. Typically their Christmas pick up is around 600 families but this year that number grew to 2,500. For every $1 donation, they can provide five nutritious meals. "Pre-pandemic we were delivering 61,000 meals daily and this time it's different, we're delivering 75,000 meals daily. Our distributions on Fridays have grown significantly," Nansel said.

On top of their weekly food distributions, the United Food Bank hands out hundreds of Christmas food boxes to families in need. However, this year, the need for boxes grew into the thousands as a result of the pandemic. (Read more.)
