Reno PD, NV. Fatal OIS of 56 yr Daniel Murillo, armed with knife. The Washoe County Medical Examiner's Office has identified 56-year-old Daniel Murillo as the man who was killed in an officer-involved #shooting at a Reno apartment complex. According to the Sparks Police Department, it happened on the night of February 5 at an apartment complex near Centennial Way and Wedekind Road. Reno Police responded to a report of a man waving a knife at citizens at the El Chaparral Apartments around 8 p.m. that night. An officer shot the man outside of an apartment after he "moved aggressively toward the officers with a weapon in his hand" and did not obey commands from officers to put the knife down. He was immediately taken to Renown hospital with unknown injuries where he later died of multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. No other injuries were reported. At this time, police don't believe this was gang-related but the investigation remains active.

Philadelphia Police: On October 22, 2020 at approximately 11:15 PM, the suspect was captured on surveillance video at 2222 S. Broad Street. The suspect forced open a side window and entered the Doctor's office. After rummaging around inside, the suspect is seen leaving through the front door.

Philadelphia Police: On October 15, 2020 at 6:28 pm, an unknown black male approached the victim, a 72 year-old male, and knocked him to the ground. The male then kicked the complainant while he was down. Two other males then joined in the assault. The complainant sustained cuts to his forehead as a result.

Suspect Description: Black male in his late teens to early 20 years-of-age, 5'9" tall, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, light color t-shirt and a blue hat.
