Idaho state police troopers arrested states' rights activist Ammon Bundy Tuesday and wheeled him out of the Idaho Statehouse, still in his seat, after he disrupted a special legislative session, ABC News reported. His arrest, along with three other protesters, came a day after a crowd of unmasked protesters, some of whom were armed, broke glass, stormed the chambers and violated social distancing rules during the special session, according to authorities. The Idaho State Police said in a statement that Bundy, who was not wearing a mask, Aaron Von Schmidt, 42, and Jill Watts, 38, failed to leave the Lincoln Auditorium after the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Scott Bedke, ordered the room cleared. Bundy, who took part in a 41-day standoff with federal agents in Oregon in 2016, allegedly did not get up from his seat despite orders from the officers, according to the state police.

LOS ANGELES - One person was killed and another person was wounded after gunshots rang out at a house party held at a multimillion-dollar rental property in the Beverly Crest neighborhood of Los Angeles early Wednesday morning, police said. Earlier this month, a woman was killed and several others were injured at a large gathering held at a mansion in the same area. The gunfire broke out just after 2:30 a.m. outside the home located in the 2200 block of San Ysidro Drive after the two victims, ages 45 and 30, were reportedly involved in an argument outside the home, the Los Angeles Police Department said. However, witnesses said they saw a car driving by and that it was possibly a drive-by shooting. Authorities found both victims inside the home upon arrival. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene and the second victim was rushed to a local hospital by ambulance and is currently in serious condition, the #LAPD said.
