WANTED! SPD Violent Crimes detectives are asking for the publicโ€™s help in identifying several persons of interest in a shooting on June 20th at 11th Avenue and East Pike Street. Around 2:46 AM on June 20th, police received reports of gunfire in the area of the CHOP. A 911 call was received indicating a shooting victim was down near 11th Avenue and East Pike Street. The victim, a 33-year-old man, survived the shooting and later made several statements online and to a media outlet, indicating he was attacked and shot following a dispute with a group of people outside the CHOP. Anyone with any information on this incident is asked to contact the Seattle Police Department Violent Crimes tip line at (206)233-5000.

STOCKTON, Calif. โ€” Stockton police have released body cam footage of an officer involved #shooting that led to the death of an alleged homicide suspect. On July 15, officers found Antwane Burrise, 39, in a car outside an apartment complex along the 5200 block of Cosumnes Drive. Police attempted to block him in with their patrol cars. Burrise, however, attempted to escape by ramming his car into the patrol cars. Police "gave Burrise multiple commands to surrender," but he instead placed his car in reverse and drove in the direction of an undercover officer.
